I love this mask it’s really good hydration for the face not feeling sticky or oily on your skin,you need to apply it first with the plastic sheet and after remove the plastic sheet of and slowly fix the mask with your finger tip very gently and slowly and leave it will start your skin to absorb the liquid and start getting tight on your face i did sleept with it but not the good idea it’s kind of disturbing your sleep
